Approaching the Western Avenue/Arsenal Street bridge. Signpost intrudes on path width -- it might have been planted within the railing instead. Also note step edge of pavement where the original concrete meets the asphalt, behind the bicyclist. If a bicyclist's front wheel catches on the edge, the bicyclist falls.
